What are your minimum order quantities?
MOQs depend on product and origin. Typically one full pallet, but mixed pallets are welcome for regular customers. Tell us your program and we'll propose the right structure.
What are your typical lead times?
European origins: 2–5 days door-to-door. Middle East and North Africa: 5–10 days. South America (air): 3–5 days, (sea): 18–28 days.
Do you provide origin and phytosanitary certificates?
Yes. Full documentation — phytosanitary, traceability, and organic certificates — is available for every shipment on request.
What delivery terms (Incoterms) do you work with?
Most commonly DAP, DDP and FCA, but we quote on whichever terms suit your supply chain — just ask.
